I've said all along you should write a book so I support you 100% in that decision.
You understand what this weight loss journey can be like and you have the ability to add humor into a situation that can often be frustrating and down right depressing. You have made my day on many occasion and I would read any book you wrote.
You look absolutely amazing and very beautiful. You should be very proud of yourself. You go girl!!

Thank you all so much - I'm so glad that I finally have a neck! All I can say is if I can do it anyone can do it.......there was/is some hard work involved but you just keep doing it....I guess. Sometimes I wish that I had real definitive answers to give people - the one thing I do know is that all of us are capable of having BEFORE/AFTER pics - Colette start writing damnit!!!
