Get your hands of my melons!!!

Watermelons that is......lately I have craving watermelon like a mad woman so I've been buying one every couple of days and that's been lunch and snacks. Well the over the weekend I was out of town and I had packed my watermelon for the trip......a girl should never leave home without them! I walk in the kitchen of the condo and spy my nephew eyeing my snack - I hate to admit it but I turned into a lunatic......the kid had never seen anyone react so dramatically to watermelon before. He kept saying, "I was only looking".......I felt bad for a second and then blamed on pregnancy hormones - LOL!

On other notes....life is hectic as always. Looks like we may be making an offer on a new house - YAY baby won't have to sleep in the bathtub now! The only hitch is that we still haven't sold our current house soooooooo we may be making 2 mortgage payments for a bit. Can you say stress with a capital S??

As for the baby front, we are rolling right along at about 7 weeks and 2 days. Still having some bloating and still really tired but other than that I have been blessed with very little morning sickness. Oh and thank goodness for the Swizzle's May exercise challenge - thanks to that I'm getting a few workouts a week in. Not stellar but better than nothing.

I wish I could say something fantastic about health and exercise but right now I'm pretty much addicted to watermelon and salsa (not together) and somehow I'm thinking that is not what WW has in mind for the 8 healthy guidelines! With all the crazy stuff going on right now I'm trying to keep up with everyone - so if I missed something important can someone please smack me up side the head and let me know who is up to what??

You girls are so incredible - amazing and I feel so blessed to know each of you!

You're so cute! OMG, I'm craving watermelons too! But not because I'm pregnant.. wipe that idea RIGHT OUTTA your brain. :) I'm proud of you for getting ANY exercise. You know my @$$ would use pregnancy as the excuse the WHOLE nine (well, ten) months to lay perfectly still, taken 10 hour naps and RING MY BELL! I love summer fruit.. It would be nice if the only fruit stand that I know about (right across the street from work) wasn't run by a very furry lookin' mrs. I'm not lyin'!!

How about watermelon salsa? I've never had it, but I've seen it on menus before.

Glad to hear things are going well so far! ((((HUGS))))

So my eating watermelon nonstop for the past week must be sympathy pregnancy cravings for you!!! Thank goodness I figured that one out. I need to pick up another one tomorrow because I don't see these cravings going anywhere.

Glad to hear you're doing good, hope your house sells soon!

Your cravings could be worse... I craved red meat. Seriously I could have eaten a steak for dinner every night during my pregnancy. Hilarious thing was..before getting preggers at 29 the last time I had touched a steak was when I was about 15.

Crazy! Just remember to take care of yourself. Keep yourself happy and content and all will be just fine.

You are too cute! Watermelon does sound really good. And salsa has a lot of veggies in it so at least your getting baby some essential vitamins!
I am praying that your house sells soon, that would be so awesome for you to be in the new house early in your pregnancy so you can enjoy moving in and relax a little before baby comes.
We will finally putting my townhome on the market this summer, I am so nervous it won't sell. I will be praying hard for the sellers to find us both!!!

You know, since starting WW I've become rather possessive of my food. Someone wants to eat something of mine, and I'm like GET YOUR OWN! And I'm not even pregnant, lordy, help everyone if I was!

Too cute!

Steph? You should know by now that everything will work out. You have a miracle baby growing inside of you - don't fret over a house selling.

Watermelon and Salsa!? Well both are good for you and baby (unless baby decides he/she doesn't like spicy food or something like that). Love your blog!

mmmmmmmmmmmm, love the watermelon right now and well, i can't even imagine a world without salsa. i like to put trechas chili powder and a squeeze of lime on my watermelon sometimes. yummy, it might hit both of your cravings at once.
